Instructor Spotlight: Anne Gold
Anne Gold has been a Cycle instructor for 9 years and recently acquired her Lifetime Spinning Instructor Certification through Mad Dogg Athletics Inc., (which means she has participated in many trainings!). Anne teaches a Group Cycle class on Saturday mornings at 8:30am and recently added a Cycle and Row Class at 8:30am on Sundays to her schedule at Lustbader Center.
Anne has a Masters Degree in Social Work, and is the Associate Deputy of Child Protection at DCFS. Her secret passion is ethnic food! Anne loves getting to know members and learning more about each person’s story! She starts many classes telling her participants, “Everyday is an opportunity to get better. Try something new. If you do the same old, same old, you get the same old. Get out of that comfort zone. That’s where the magic happens! Just try, dip your toes in. You can always bring it back, but once you try you’ll see you can do it!. You’ll only get stronger, and who doesn’t want that!!”
